THAILAND. Yesterday (14 October) Jo Malone opened a free-standing shop in the West Wing of Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport. The 28sq m store incorporates signature elements from the first shop in London, such as the library-style shelves, linear glass bottles and iconic gift boxes throughout.

The boutique will also feature the distinctive Jo Malone Tasting Barâ„¢ where customers can experience the Art of Fragrance Combiningâ„¢, a service unique to the brand.
This involves trained Jo Malone stylists preparing signature, bespoke fragrances by layering colognes with luxurious body crèmes and lotions on customers’ skin. A complimentary hand and arm massage completes the service.
Customers can also receive a customised Scent Surroundâ„¢ Consultation, during which they learn how to use Jo Malone’s innovative home fragrance products to create the perfect environment for any taste, mood or occasion.
Lastly, the shop provides a personalised gift-giving service. Customers can choose from pre-selected gift ideas, or create bespoke gifts tailored specifically for their recipients.
Each purchase is hand-wrapped and enveloped in signature Jo Malone packaging: a cream-coloured box, black tissue and elegant grosgrain ribbon.
