INDIA. Delhi Duty Free Services has unveiled a Cannes Film Festival promotion at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport in conjunction with Chival Regal Scotch whisky.
International travellers buying Chivas Regal from the duty free shops at Terminal 3 are invited to enter a lucky draw, giving the winning couple an opportunity to attend the famous film festival, which will be held in Cannes from 11 to 22 May 2011.
The promotion runs at Delhi Duty Free shops from 3 February to 31 March. All international travellers who purchase Chivas Regal 12yo, 18yo or 25yo and complete the lucky draw coupon between these dates will be eligible to enter the contest.
One lucky couple will get a 24-hour luxury experience enabling them to rub shoulders with Hollywood and Bollywood stars and walk on the red carpet.
The winner will receive one night’s accommodation at the Martinez Hotel for a couple, return flights, dinner vouchers at the Palm d’Or or Sofitel White Palm hotel with the stars, after-party invitations, an exclusive lunch at the Chérie Chéri beach, helicopter flights from Nice to Cannes, limousine service and an additional day’s stay in Paris.
The offer entitles international travellers buying two bottles of Chivas Regal 12yo to US$8 off the purchase price and one coupon for the draw. Travellers who buy a bottle of Chivas Regal 18yo will get US$6 off their purchase value and two draw coupons, doubling their chances of winning, while purchasers of one bottle of Chivas Regal 25yo can get up to four draw coupons.
