Coty Prestige updates ck free men’s fragrance with new sport version

Coty Prestige has extended its Calvin Klein portfolio with a new men’s fragrance called ck free sport. It will be launched in travel retail doors in Europe and Asia Pacific from March. The original ck free was launched in September 2009.

The new scent was inspired by the independent individual who is never afraid to push the limits, according to the brand. It is said to instantly energise with “irresistible freshness”.

The marine woody juice opens on notes of bergamot, marine and orange, building to a floral heart of jasmine, muguet and lotus blossom. The base blends cedarwood, sandalwood and amber.

The signature ck free flacon has been updated with vibrant colour codes of red and grey, finished with a gunmetal cap and pump. The outer carton features a luxury Mylar® surface, said to complement the bottle and convey the modern, masculine essence of the fragrance.

The ad campaign – shot by Steven Klein – depicts model Matthew Terry in a topless pose, within a modern, architectural environment set against a blue sky background.

ck free sport will be available as a 50ml and 100ml edt spray.
