LS travel retail opens five speciality stores at Montréal-Trudeau

CANADA. LS travel retail North America recently opened five new stores at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, including Découvrir Montréal, Cirque du Soleil, Lolë and two Relay stores (we’ll bring you images soon).

“We are very happy to bring these new stores to Montréal-Trudeau International Airport and partner with the airport in its redevelopment plan,” said LS travel retail Chief Development Officer Vadim Motlik.

“With these new stores, we reaffirm our commitment to deliver a unique experience that truly embodies Montréal and Québec.”

Découvrir Montréal is a tailored version of LS’ proprietary concept, Discover. Claimed to be the only international airport-exclusive souvenir brand with locations across four continents, Discover offers a wide range of gifts designed to embody the characteristics of specific locations, in a design that reflects their unique vibes.

The Montréal-Trudeau store extends customers’ ‘Montréal experience’ with what the retailer says is an elevated gift and souvenir offering featuring local products, including items from the well-known Hudson’s Bay Company, in a branded shop-in-shop.

Montreal’s unique flavour is further conveyed with the new Cirque du Soleil store. Founded in Montréal in 1984, Cirque du Soleil has evolved from a small group of innovative street performers to an international brand that has featured in six continents, 300+ cities and been enjoyed by more than 100 million spectators.

The first ever Lolë airport store just opened in the airport’s international jetty. Born in Montréal in 2002, Lolë stands for “˜Live Out Loud Everyday’. It is a women’s lifestyle/active wear concept offering modern, versatile clothes and accessories for sports, travel, outerwear and everyday wear.

The two two new pre- and post-security Relay locations offer a wide array of products, including electronics, fresh grab “˜n’ go food, local souvenirs, travel essentials and a selection of reading materials in French and English.
