Wellbeing company Rituals Cosmetics has extended its Ritual of Sakura and Ritual of Karma collections with new home, bath and body products.
The expanded Ritual of Sakura collection now available in the brand’s standalone travel retail stores, while the Ritual of Karma product innovation will launch in all of Rituals’ travel retail locations from the end of April.
The Ritual of Sakura range — which features cherry blossom and rice milk olfactory notes — is the wellbeing company’s best-selling fragrance. It has been extended to include a Parfum d’Interieur, Dry Body Oil and Eau de Parfum. Ritual of Sakura was inspired by the Japanese tradition of ‘Hanami,’ which translates to enjoying the beauty of flowers.

The Parfum d’Interieur is a perfumed spray that helps create an aromatic at-home experience, while the fast-absorbing body oil contains 96% natural-origin ingredients and nourishes the skin.
The Ritual of Sakura edp called ‘Rêve de Hanami’ opens with fruity top notes of lychee, pear and bergamot, rosy floral heart notes, and a woody dry down base of vanilla and patchouli.
The Ritual of Karma collection has been extended with a new After Sun Cooling Gel. The softening shower gel has a foaming effect and has been infused with anti-oxidant-rich white tea and aloe vera. The formula hydrates, nourishes and soothes the skin and is ideal for prolonged sun exposure.

Rituals has committed to shifting all of its formulas to 90% natural-origin ingredients by 2025. The Ritual of Karma body cream is already made with 92% natural-origin ingredients.
The line’s sun care products have also been relaunched to adhere to the Hawaiian reef safe sunscreen law, which means that they are free from ingredients that can harm marine life and coral reefs.
The Ritual of Karma collection also offers refills for its hand wash, car perfume, body cream and fragrance stick products.
As reported, Rituals has partnered with Earthday.org and the Canopy Project to mark Earth Week (21-25 April).
To mark the occasion, Rituals is offering a -20% discount on all refills throughout Earth Week. The discount will apply to all purchases made online and through the company’s domestic and travel retail stores. Rituals is also donating a tree to the Canopy Project for every refill sold during this period.
