TÜRKİYE. Groupe ADP company TAV Airports has seen three of its subsidiaries named in this year’s list of Best Workplaces for Women in Türkiye.
The Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute has recognised TAV Airports’ food & beverage specialist BTA, hospitality brand TAV OS and general aviation division TAV Air.

GPTW is a well-known research corporation on employee satisfaction and company culture, and compiled the list of companies based on those with the highest women employee ratings in the country.
TAV Airports Chief Human Resources Officer Hakan Öker said: “Diversity, inclusion and fairness lies at the core of our business model at TAV Airports. We know that passenger satisfaction is directly correlated with employee happiness.

“A couple of months back, we received the GPTW certification and were named among the best employer brands in Türkiye. Now, it’s a pleasure and an honour to receive this accolade that focuses on women employee’s happiness, especially by three of our subsidiaries that interact directly with passengers.
“Our rate of women employees is well above industry average and six airports in our portfolio are managed by women directors. We’ll continue our efforts to further our diversity and inclusion at our group.”
