Gebr. Heinemann strikes agreement to manage AROYA Cruises retail offer

SAUDI ARABIA. Cruise Saudi has announced an exclusive collaboration with Gebr. Heinemann to manage retailing onboard its new premium cruise line, AROYA Cruises.

Describing Gebr. Heinemann as an outstanding sector-leading vendor, Cruise Saudi said the retailer will introduce some of the world’s best-known luxury brands to the AROYA Cruises onboard retail offer. This will include a wide range of products from categories such as perfume & cosmetics, confectionery, fashion, accessories, watches and jewellery.

AROYA Cruises has been established by Cruise Saudi to provide experiences and services specifically designed to embrace Arabian preferences, with a vision “to reinvent the meaning of holidays in Saudi”.

Cruise Saudi said the launch of the brand marks a significant step in providing new holiday options for Saudi nationals, expatriates and regional guests.

Due to set sail in 2024, AROYA Cruises will also form a part of Cruise Saudi’s wider goal to provide 50,000 direct and indirect jobs in Saudi Arabia by 2035.

In addition to supplying more than 50 airlines, and operating as wholesaler and retailer in over 90 countries, Gebr. Heinemann already supplies or operates shops aboard 240 cruise ships and ferries. ✈
