Food Accademia has appointed well-known travel retail exeutive Eric Carlier as Head of Sales as the Italian food and wine specialist targets further development in the travel channel.
Based in Paris, Carlier has over 25 years’ experience in the business. He was Travel & Retail Director for Valrhona for more than nine years and most recently held the position of International Commercial Director at Saveurs & Nature.
