“Bringing vibrant flavours to life” – Bardinet Liqueurs & Syrups gets a contemporary makeover

Bardinet liqueurs and syrups have undergone a contemporary makeover to increase on-shelf impact

French spirits group La Martiniquaise-Bardinet has rebranded the packaging for its Bardinet Liqueurs & Syrups range.

While Bardinet Liqueurs & Syrups has been around for 170 years, the new packaging has been created to better share the vibrant flavours of its drinks to cocktail lovers and mixologists around the world.

The updated look highlights the French craftsmanship and heritage of Bardinet, while showcasing the quality of the product through a more contemporary aesthetic, the brand owner said.

In addition, the packaging design will increase the brand’s impact on shelves while highlighting the clear distinction between liqueurs and syrups.

For the liqueurs range, the labels feature modern fruit illustrations that emphasise the natural quality and intense taste of each expression.

The packaging for the syrups range features a distinctive visual identity which aligns more closely with the category. It features vibrant fruit illustrations alongside the Bardinet logo and soon-to-be-updated logo text.

The Bardinet brand logo has also been reimagined in a more contemporary style with updated lettering and a stronger link to the brand’s 170-year French heritage. It features the Tricolour French flag and the phrase ‘Liqueur du Curaçao Bleu’.

Available in over 80 countries, Bardinet has a range of 14 liqueurs and syrups

As part of this transformation, Bardinet is moving the creation of the liqueurs range to a dedicated facility in Dijon, France. Dijon is the birthplace of crème de cassis and is well-known for its expertise in crafting liqueurs.

Bardinet Brand Manager Lena Rusek said: “Our wide range of high-quality liqueurs and syrups have made Bardinet a mixologist’s favourite for generations. By updating our packaging for a more contemporary look, we are shining a spotlight on their exceptional quality and aromatic flavours – proudly crafted in France for about 170 years.”

Bardinet Liqueurs & Syrups was founded in 1857 by French liqueur maker Paul Bardinet whose mission was to blend “exotic tastes and intense fruit flavours” in his liqueurs. Today, the brand has a range of 14 different liqueurs and syrups and is available in over 80 countries. ✈
