Ospree Duty Free transformed its Thiruvananthapuram store with Onam-inspired décor and cultural theming, creating a festival atmosphere for travellers

INDIA. Today’s images come from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport where Ospree Duty Free celebrated Kerala’s Onam festival (26 August-5 September) with a vibrant cultural campaign.

Running from 18 August to 5 September, the ‘Osam Onam’ campaign brought the colour, warmth and tradition of Kerala’s beloved festival into the airport, enhancing sense of place for travellers.

Ospree Duty Free’s store was transformed with Onam-inspired décor, including a striking installation of Mahabali; a Daitya king featured in Hinduism. The dedicated photo zone invited travellers to capture shots against a backdrop of vivid cultural motifs.

Staff dressed in traditional Kerala attire welcomed passengers throughout the ten days of Onam.

The campaign invited travellers to shop Ospree Duty Free’s product offer spanning spirits, fragrances and cosmetics, Indian gourmet, food & confectionery, electronics, sunglasses, selected watches and Onam-exclusive merchandise.

In addition, Ospree Duty Free ran a prize draw featuring rewards such as an iPhone 15 Pro Max, one-gram gold coins and a Jawa Bike. Travellers could participate in the prize draw with a minimum spend.
