A Roman holiday in Paris: Bvlgari reveals flagship boutique and revamped perfume counter at Charles de Gaulle

Bvlgari’s new flagship boutique at Paris Charles de Gaulle Terminal 1 features an elegant gold colour scheme

FRANCE. Roman luxury house Bvlgari has partnered with Lagardère Travel Retail and Extime Duty Free (Groupe ADP’s new retail and hospitality brand) to reveal a new, 71sq m flagship boutique at Paris Charles de Gaulle Terminal 1.

As reported, Groupe ADP and its partners revealed the first, fully-fledged Extime retail and hospitality concept at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 in February after a two-year refurbishment. The terminal’s design was inspired by a boutique hotel and features Art Deco themes inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s memoir ‘A Moveable Feast’.

The elegant Bvlgari boutique combines the luxury house’s Roman heritage with contemporary design elements. It offers Bvlgari’s jewellery, watch and accessory collections and complements the brand’s redesigned perfume counter in the main beauty hall.

The flagship offers several luxury services, including custom gift-wrapping, fragrance engraving and an experiential Bvlgari Le Gemme fragrance journey. Bvlgari is also hosting various artists’ pop-ups throughout the year, enhancing the store’s personalisation approach.

The design of the perfume counter mirrors that of the boutique. Both spaces integrate Roman architectural elements, materials and motifs to bring Bvlgari’s Roman design codes to life. An elegant gold colour scheme decorates both spaces, serving as the backdrop for Bvlgari’s multi-category portfolio.

Both spaces use Italian Pavonazzetto marble and feature Bvlgari’s distinctive Condotti Mesh Pattern in brass. The motif takes inspiration from fine jewellery and combines three shapes inspired by the floor pattern of Rome’s famous Pantheon. The brass Condotti Mesh also features in the perfume counter via a grand arch that pays homage to classic Italian architecture.

The flagship offers an exceptional assortment of Bvlgari fine-jewellery collections such as the Octo Finissimo timepieces, Colosseum-inspired B.Zero1 jewellery line and best-selling Serpenti collection, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.

The revamped perfume counter highlights two key Bvlgari fragrance pillars: Bvlgari Le Gemme and Bvlgari Allegra. Le Gemme is inspired by the Bvlgari Gems Road, while Allegra is described as ‘a celebration of superlative Italian emotions and lifestyle’.

Here, travellers can discover Bvlgari’s latest launches including the Bvlgari Allegra Ma’Magnifica, a new eau de parfum that pays tribute to Italian mothers, and the Magnifying Sandalwood Essence. Other product highlights include Rose Goldea Blossom Delight, Omnia, and Bulgari Man. ✈
