About the company
André Claude Canova founded his silk scarf company in 1976, based on the know-how of Lyon’s silk makers. While paying homage to tradition, the scarves and ties produced by the firm use modern techniques. Each silk creation is drawn, coloured and made by hand. AC Canova has made scarves for other luxury brands at its modern factory, which is equipped to print a half a mile of fabric. Today, the firm designs its own collection, with one scarf often boasting 15 to 20 different colours.
