Adani Digital Labs revamps OneApp to streamline passenger services at airports across India

INDIA. Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology arm of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has introduced a series of digital services aimed at improving the passenger experience across Adani-managed airports in India.

The ADL team is working on solutions to address common travel issues such as time constraints, lack of information about airport amenities and long queues.

Central to the offering is the revamped Adani OneApp, which brings a range of airport services onto a single platform. Key features include:

  • Adani Rewards – a loyalty programme covering food & beverage, retail, duty free, parking and meet-and-greet services
  • Passengers can pre-book lounges, check card eligibility and access lounges without queueing
  • Online browsing and shopping for F&B offers and duty-free products
  • Airport services such as Delivery at Gate, multi-cart and group orders for duty free, as well as Park & Fly parking
  • Live flight status updates and notifications
  • Access to high-speed wifi and other travel information

Adani Digital Labs Director Srushti Adani said, “The new ADL aims to infuse energy, diverse ideas and unparalleled expertise into its operations.

“This marks the first phase of a broader strategy to deliver an exclusive digital-first experience to passengers. In every project we undertake, our objective is to diminish and alleviate travel-related anxiety for passengers.

“Offerings will include up-to-the-minute information, exciting rewards and special tiered lounge services. This goes beyond standard aggregator offerings to create a truly personalised digital experience, making it a delight for passengers to journey through our airports.”
