Adelaide Airport awards Travel Essentials, Gift, and Premium Fibres contract to AWPL

AUSTRALIA. Leading Australasian travel retailer AWPL has been awarded the Travel Essentials, Gift and Premium Fibres contracts by Adelaide Airport as part of a terminal expansion project due to be delivered across 2020-2021.

The independent retailer, which runs over 60 stores in airports across Australia and New Zealand, will manage five shops at the South Australia gateway’s enhanced terminal space.

The terminal expansion will deliver an +80% increase in retail space, more food offerings and other upgraded domestic and international passenger facilities.

AWPL said that it will open News@ADL, Australian Way and Natural Collective as part of the airport’s customer experience transformation.
