SWITZERLAND. ASG, a partnership between French concessionaire Aeroboutique and Inflight Sales Group (ISG) owned by Jean-Marcel Rouff, has been awarded the full concession onboard SWISS, effective April 2004, according to a spokeswoman for the airline. The contract of the incumbent concessionaire, The Nuance Group, ends next March.

The global aviation sector is reeling from a widespread and devastating IT outage that has disrupted transport, hospitals, broadcasters and other business sectors around the world. The crisis is linked to CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity giant, which says the root cause of the outage has been identified and that a fix has been deployed.
