Airport Authority Hong Kong unveils tender for Lifestyle Accessories, Smart Gadgets and Gifts Concession

HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong today invited bids for a Lifestyle Accessories, Smart Gadgets and Gifts Concession at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1.

The contract covers two stores, one each in the landside and airside zones.

The landside opportunity offers some 1,044sq ft of space in the departures check-in-hall. Airside, the winning bid will operate 570sq ft of space in the Departures West Hall.

Interested parties are required to submit their proposals by 4 February at 4pm Hong Kong time.

The winning bidder will benefit from an encouragingly sustained increase in passenger traffic. Over the first 11 months of 2025, Hong Kong International Airport served more than 55 million passengers, up+15.3% year-on-year. November traffic rose +17.1% to 5.19 million. The tender documents in each case are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.

Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$643) to access the documents.
