Airport Dimensions and SASCO elevate guest service with upgraded lounge at Tan Son Nhat Airport

The lounge adds to the airport experience by providing passengers with comfortable, functional and well-equipped spaces

VIETNAM. Travel experiences company Airport Dimensions, in partnership with Vietnam’s airport commercial services provider SASCO, has reopened the Rose Business Lounge Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.

As announced in November 2024, the collaboration marks the start of a long-term strategic partnership between the two companies.

Modern interiors and culturally inspired elements create a refined environment for discerning passengers

Combining SASCO’s 32 years of Vietnam-focused expertise with Airport Dimensions’ global airport experience, the Rose Business Lounge has been transformed into a refined, contemporary space that reflects Vietnamese culture.

Inspired by the blue rose, the lounge blends modern design with Vietnamese craftsmanship, featuring interiors that highlight pottery, warm wood tones, bamboo and rattan weaving from traditional craft villages.

The lounge accommodates 129 guests and includes dedicated spaces such as a relaxation area, private workspaces, a family corner, window-side high-chair seating, a boutique bar, a live kitchen and expansive airfield views.

Guests can enjoy the upgraded hot kitchen and bar, featuring a diverse menu of Asian and Western specialities prepared by professional chefs.

The boutique bar invites passengers to enjoy signature cocktails and premium spirits in a modern, relaxed setting

A menu highlight is the Blue Rose Sticky Rice, crafted exclusively for the Rose Lounge using premium Vietnamese rice with the natural blue hues of butterfly pea blossoms.

The Boutique Bar enhances the dining experience with a curated selection of beverages, from seasonal detox drinks to premium spirits and fine wines.

The lounge is accessible to all travellers, including Priority Pass and LoungeKey cardholders, participating airline and corporate partners, or passengers purchasing same-day entry.

The upgraded Rose Lounge reflects SASCO’s globally recognised standards, including Best Lounge in Asia awards, and strengthens the company’s focus on delivering high-quality services for meaningful travel experiences.

Created to offer a sense of place and premium comfort, the space supports both productivity and relaxation for the modern traveller

SASCO CEO Nguyễn Văn Hùng Cường said, “Our collaboration with Airport Dimensions not only brings long-term value to both sides but also elevates the experience for domestic and international travellers.

“Rose Lounge represents SASCO’s pioneering step in bringing international standards to Vietnam’s non-aviation services – supporting Airports Corporation of Vietnam on the new journey, especially as major projects like Long Thanh International Airport are being shaped to become a globally recognised gateway that proudly reflects Vietnamese identity.”

Airport Dimensions President of EMEA & APAC Errol McGlothan added, “Vietnam is one of the most exciting aviation markets and our partnership with SASCO allows us to bring airport experiences of global quality to a market with extraordinary potential.

“The reimagined Rose Lounge is the first expression of this shared ambition. As the aviation sector in Vietnam continues to expand, fuelled by rising tourism, we see tremendous opportunities to introduce innovative spaces that improve comfort and create value for airports and passengers alike.
