QATAR. The Trinity Forum 2026 continues to gather pace, with more high-profile speakers enhancing an already dynamic agenda at the event taking place on 5-6 February in Doha.
The world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference will be hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free.
The programme will feature Kinetic Consultancy Managing Director Martijn Steur, who brings over 25 years of experience in airport and travel retail, combining executive-level strategic insight with deep operational expertise.

This includes his earlier role at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, where he spent ten years in senior commercial positions across retail, F&B, partnerships and digital initiatives, developing a pragmatic approach that turns strategy into operational solutions.
In his role at Kinetic Consultancy, Steur has guided over 20 key airports and numerous governments, investors and brands on experience design, commercial performance and technology.
A recognised industry thought leader, he serves as Vice Chair of the ACI Europe Commercial Forum and is a frequent conference speaker and moderator.
Joost Rosmuller, Mondelēz International World Travel Retail Vice President of Special Businesses and Managing Director, adds further strength to the speaker line-up.

He currently manages a global portfolio across airports, border shops, cruise lines and other travel hubs, leveraging 30 years in FMCG with senior roles in marketing, sales, strategy and general management at Unilever, Lego, Cadbury and Mondelēz.
Rosmuller is transforming travel retail into a consumer-first, experience-driven model, using data, design and partnerships to enhance the category, viewing the channel as a platform for discovery, engagement and growth.
Joining them is GHARAGE Managing Director Lennard Niemann, who brings extensive experience in corporate strategy and portfolio growth, including key roles at Gebr. Heinemann in Hamburg and Singapore.
He has driven transformation in the automotive sector, consulting for BMW, Audi and Daimler, and has received international recognition for his contributions.
With a background in brand strategy, Niemann focuses on enhancing travel and airport experiences through strategic and digital solutions.

The forum will also feature insights from Belinda Jain, Vice President Customer Experience & Commercial at JFK International Air Terminal, the operator of New York JFK Airport Terminal 4.
With over 20 years’ experience in premium and luxury brands and airport operations, Jain leads initiatives in non-aviation revenue, customer experience and innovation – all designed to reflect the distinctive New York character.
She been instrumental for her role in T4’s US$1.5 billion transformation, including leadership of the Terminal North Star programme.
Her work includes establishing partnerships, such as with HMSHost, to integrate local, diverse F&B vendors, supporting community businesses while elevating the terminal’s offering.
Another key addition to the roster is Rajeev Panjwani, Head of ARAYA Lounge by TFS.
With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and professional services, Panjwani drives brand growth, partnerships and premium airport lounge experiences.
He was also notable for his leadership roles at Coriander Leaf, SilverNeedle Hospitality and Wyndham Worldwide, combining strategic clarity with operational execution across diverse markets.
His international expertise and brand-led growth experience drive ARAYA Lounges’ global expansion and positioning in airport hospitality.
The Trinity Forum is owned by The Moodie Davitt Report and co-organised in a highly successful long-term partnership with Airports Council International (ACI) Asia Pacific & Middle East and ACI World. From 2026, ACI Europe also joins as a partner, which marks a significant enhancement to the event’s scope and influence.
