SWITZERLAND/FRANCE. Areas’ gastronomic restaurant I Love Paris by Guy Martin scooped the Airport Chef-Led/Fine Dining Offer of the Year prize at last week’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Awards, held in Geneva.
I Love Paris by Guy Martin, located at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hall L Terminal 2, opened in June 2015. Inspired by Guy Martin’s Le Grand Véfour restaurant, the outlet was designed by India Mahdavi and offers a new approach to traditional French cuisine.
Elior Group Chairman and CEO Philippe Salle commented: “The airport is a place of transit for travellers from all over the world with different motivations and expectations. By creating a unique gastronomic catering concept within the customs area, the Group has created a meeting point between culinary art and evasion. The FAB Awards highlight the amazing work of Guy Martin and his team at the heart of this prestigious international airport.”
