INTERNATIONAL. ARI has appointed global network of ESG Champions (Environmental, Social and Governance) to support the roll-out of Journey with Purpose; the company’s refreshed ESG strategy built around four core pillars: People, Planet, Product and Passenger.
Led by Interim ESG Lead Tracy Ross, the ten newly appointed ESG Champions have been selected from across ARI’s global business units. Each will play a key role in driving local engagement and delivery of the company’s ESG objectives, supporting both group-wide programmes and site-specific actions.

ARI’s Journey with Purpose strategy takes a holistic approach to ESG with dedicated KPIs and initiatives under People, Planet, Product and Passenger strategic pillars.
The People pillar focuses on fostering an inclusive culture that prioritises both ARI’s workforce and the wider communities in which it operates. Planet centres on reducing the environmental footprint of ARI’s operations and future-proofing the business.
Under the Product pillar, the focus is on responsible sourcing, sustainable materials and enabling more conscious shopping decisions. The Passenger pillar builds on ARI’s long-standing customer-centric approach with an emphasis on transparency, sustainable choices and building trust through transparency and communication.
