UAE. Avolta has expanded its food & beverage offer at Dubai International Airport with All’Antico Vinaio, the Florentine sandwich specialist.
All’Antico Vinaio has been serving Tuscan schiacciata bread with premium ingredients since 1991. Operated by the Mazzanti family, its three original Florentine locations are popular with both locals and tourists.
The sandwich shop has expanded to over 30 locations worldwide, including in Rome, Milan, New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
“We are extremely proud to celebrate the beginning of an exciting brand partnership with All’Antico Vinaio, one of the world’s most famous sandwich shops,” said Avolta Managing Director F&B Middle East Marco Cuglianich.
“Travellers will get to try the exceptional taste and culinary experience as we bring this epic brand to the Middle East – first time in an airport – which offers important development prospects for our business.

“We continue providing travelers with premium experiences and exceptional services, as we journey towards our Destination 2027 strategy, based on a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ needs and market trends.
“Last but not least, I’d like to thank Dubai International Airport for their partnership and to our team for their dedication.”
All’Antico Vinaio Owner Tommaso Mazzanti commented: “At last, a dream come true. I have always stated that Dubai would be one of my main goals and dreams. I am truly happy and honoured to arrive here, at one of the most important airports in the world.

“Together with Avolta, I will do my utmost to make Antico Vinaio a point of reference in the airport. I can’t wait to start this new adventure. Bada come la fuma!”
Dubai Airports Chief Commercial Officer Eugene Barry said: “Bringing one of Italy’s most beloved culinary treasures to Concourse C at Dubai International Airport demonstrates our commitment to offering exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
“We are excited to be able to offer our travellers a taste of Italy with All’Antico Vinaio’s iconic and authentic sandwiches.” ✈
