USA. Avolta has introduced its Eat Well. Travel Further. collection of grab & go options for health-conscious travellers to dining venues at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, with Los Angeles International and Phoenix Sky Harbor International airports to follow.
Eat Well. Travel Further. provides travellers with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a grab & go format “designed to support a balanced and health‑conscious lifestyle while travelling”.

Shaped by consumer research and insights, the chef-curated collection spans three categories: high-protein, plant-based and macro-balanced, with products free of artificial flavours and sweeteners, synthetic colours, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated fats.
“Our Eat Well. Travel Further. offering is a purposeful evolution of a bold idea that began almost a decade ago to empower travellers to eat healthier in airports,” said Avolta President & CEO, North America Steve Johnson.
“The travel food & beverage scene has undergone a major transformation, driven by new consumer expectations and emerging needs, and so we’ve responded by raising the bar for what airport grab & go can and should be. We’ve designed a contemporary programme that puts today’s travellers at the centre by leaning into their lifestyle preferences.”

Johnson added, “The initial Eat Well. Travel Further. launch at O’Hare, LAX, and Phoenix Sky Harbor is just the beginning. Our goal is to expand this unique programme across our convenience and food & beverage operations in North America’s airports and continue to evolve it based on customer feedback and insights, so, no matter where their journey takes them, travellers know they can rely on us for real, good food.”
