Featured in selected Avolta-owned HMSHost airport bars and restaurants, the immersive concept offers travellers access to some of the most distinguished and limited-edition spirits.
The programme highlights Avolta’s focus on delivering elevated, memorable experiences for travellers throughout their airport journey.

Inspired by the understated appeal of a speakeasy, the Connoisseur’s Collection showcases premium spirits selected by HMSHost for their craftsmanship, heritage and distinct character.
The prestige line-up includes The Balvenie 21, Belvedere 10, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and El Tesoro Extra Añejo Tequila, along with over 50 exclusive private-label bourbon barrels from Jefferson’s and Maker’s Mark, available only at HMSHost-operated restaurants.
Expert mixologists guide guests through the tasting, with select bottles available for purchase at Avolta-owned Dufry duty-free stores in the US, where the collection is offered.
