Heathrow Terminal 3’s new Costa Coffee outlet is designed to cater for passengers about to start their journey |
UK. UK coffee shop chain Costa Coffee has opened a new store in Heathrow’s Terminal 3, forming part of an overall redevelopment of the terminal’s forecourt.
The new outlet is situated outside the terminal, in front of the Departures area, and is designed to cater for passengers about to start their journey.
Trained baristas will serve a selection of slow-roasted speciality coffees with a range of fresh pastries and sandwiches.
BAA Head of Food & Beverage Catherine Peachey said: “The striking new Costa Coffee at Terminal 3 is a great new addition to the wide offering of food and beverage outlets available. With such a broad selection on offer from Costa, including fruit salads and muffins, every passenger’s taste buds are catered for.”
Costa Coffee Regional Development Manager Matt Bulley added: “We are delighted to open another Costa Coffee at Heathrow Airport in such a visible area. The new coffee shop is expected to be very popular with passengers looking for a quick coffee or panini before checking in for their flight.”
