INDIA. Bangalore International Airport Limited has launched Care by BLR, a platform providing personalised passenger support services at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru.

Reinforcing its commitment to passenger experience, the initiative is designed to enhance the traveller experience across the airport.

Offered in terminals 1 and 2, the platform provides Meet & Assist, Porter and Luggage services, Valet Parking, Luxury Limousine, Arrival Lounge access and Flower Services, available across departures, arrivals and transit.

Available 24/7, these services operate in line with all flight schedules and can be booked via the Pulse App, the official airport website, or at designated Care by BLR counters in both terminals.

Passengers can access personalised support from customer service professionals at all Care by BLR counters throughout their airport journey.

Bangalore International Airport Limited Chief Commercial Officer Kenneth R. Guldbjerg said, “Passengers today seek more than just point to point travel – they want to feel cared for and supported from the moment they arrive at the airport.

“At BLR Airport, the travel experience is shaped across multiple touchpoints, and Care by BLR brings essential services to these touchpoints under a unified, airport-led platform that is simple to access and dependable to use.

“As passenger expectations continue to evolve, this approach allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while giving passengers the flexibility to choose how they travel through BLR Airport.”
