Barton & Guestier reveals a new suit for its ‘gentleman’ French Tom

The red wine is presented in a redesigned bottle, with standout red cap and the B&G letters in gold. B&G has also used red for the French Tom name and B&G signature on the label.

The wine’s red and cream tube features historical details.

French Tom Bordeaux (60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon) takes its name from the nickname given to Thomas Barton, the Irishman who founded Barton & Guestier in 1725.

‘French Tom’, as he became known to his customers and friends, was the first shipper to acquire estates in France, thus confirming his passion for the country’s vineyards.
