RUSSIA. Beluga Group – one of Russia’s leading vodka producers – has launched a new luxury food & beverage venture in the departures area of Sheremetyevo International Airport’s Terminal С. The Beluga Caviar Bar includes all the varieties of the Beluga vodka range, as well as a menu staple of seafood and caviar starters.
It is the second such F&B outlet opened by the vodka producer after the Beluga Caviar Bar in Moscow’s famed GUM department store. Beluga said it follows the traditions of vodka and caviar pairing, which is indicated by the inscription ‘Best consumed with caviar’ on each Beluga Vodka bottle.
Beluga said its bar is designed to provide “a unique, unforgettable experience for travellers”, and invites visitors to explore all the shades and hints of Beluga’s unique taste profile, consumed with the best caviar.
A cornerstone of the menu is a set of Beluga-based cocktails. These are served alongside dark rye sweet cake with black caviar; Pacific Bluefin tuna on an avocado cushion; Kamchatka crab with rouille sauce; Faroe Islands salmon under caramelised unagi sauce; a selection of rolls, and many more dishes.
On the wine list, visitors can also find Beluga Hunting bitters, still and sparkling wines and a selection of imported brands and spirits.
The super-premium, Beluga Epicure vodka is also be available as a shot and there is a retail element, with guests able to purchase the luxury vodka, which comes in a Lalique crystal decanter.
The new Beluga Caviar Bar also offers for purchase premium glassware by the renowned Austrian brand Riedel, which is distributed exclusively in Russia by the Beluga Group and a selection of gifts.
Beluga Group is one of the three largest Russian vodka exporters and the first in terms of volume in the super-premium market segment.
