The limited-edition Smokey Nudes Eye Palette |
Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is set to show off a fresh take on the sultry eye with the Smokey Nudes collection, on-counter in travel retail worldwide from September. The products – which feature a mix of soft and stand-out shades – are said to deliver an “incredibly wearable” look that transitions effortlessly from day to night. Consumers are advised to simply layer shades of nude and smoky brown on eyes to reach the desired intensity, and pair with an almost-nude lip for a balanced, subtle yet sexy effect.
A key product is the limited-edition Smokey Nudes Eye Palette, which features a mix of matte, sparkle and metallic eye shadows. This is complemented by a limited-edition Shimmer Brick in Sandstone.
Smokey Eye Kajal Liner in shades Noir, Storm, Black Amethyst and Black Coffee, plus a Smokey Eye Mascara in Black, complete the eye offer. Limited-edition shades of Creamy Matte Lip Color (Pink Nude, Warm Nude, Soft Nude and Nude) conclude the collection.
“I created this collection for anyone who has ever been intimidated by the classic dark, smoky eye,” Brown explained. “Lighter but just as dramatic, this smoky nude eye look is easy to create and easy to wear”¦smoky eyes don’t always have to be created using black and charcoal shades.”
To support the launch of the Smokey Nudes Collection, Bobbi Brown will offer complimentary Smokey Eye make-up lessons at counter. Every lesson will include the creation of a personalised face chart to help women recreate their new look at home.
