BOSS puts best foot forward at Frankfurt Airport – 01/08/06

GERMANY. Here are the first detailed pictures of the recently opened BOSS flagship travel retail store at Frankfurt Main Airport.

The 300sq m landside store in terminal one carries the full range of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories such as footwear, fragrances, watches, luggage and sunglasses.

The store is divided into separate sections for men and women, with each featuring the Boss Black tailored line and the Boss Orange casualwear line. The upscale men’s limited-edition line Boss Selection is also offered. A wide range of looks for day and evening are available for men and women, including suits and office wear, jeans and evening outfits.

The company reports that shoes are the best-selling lines so far at the flagship outlet, which opened on 29 May 2006. A varied assortment of boots, sneakers, and day and evening footwear is stocked. Leathergoods and luggage items include bags, belts, purses, wallets and key rings.

Hugo Boss debut in UK airport sector

In other major retail news from the German fashion brand, The Nuance Group is set to open the first Hugo Boss womenswear store at a UK airport.

The 45sq m store will begin trading at London Heathrow terminal one during the Autumn and will be located near the existing T1 Hugo Boss men’s shop. It will offer a full range of women’s clothing and accessories from the Boss Black tailored collections and Boss Orange casualwear.
