Fresh design: Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline Tower Pack 335g contains 29 individually wrapped chocolates


UK. Cadbury Schweppes International Travel Retail (CSITR) has redesigned the Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline Tower Pack 335g.

Initially launched in late 2005, the packaging for Cadbury Luxury Selection is tailored for both shoppers and retail partners, and the new design will ensure consistency with the recently launched Cadbury Luxury Selection Multi-packs, the company said.

CSITR’s consumer research revealed that the removal of the handle increased premiumisation. Additionally, retail partners indicated that it would improve display on-shelf and the ability to stack the product efficiently.

“The improved pack design will achieve greater stand out in-store and enable shoppers to identify the product with ease,” said CSITR General Manager Steve Brock.

The re-design Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline Tower Pack will be among the refreshed range showcased on the new CSITR stand at this year’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (Stand number: Bay Village Bay 9).

The Cadbury Luxury Selection range has also inspired the new-look Cannes stand which is said to reflect the premium nature of the products with solid dark wood panelling on the walls and floors, gold livery and premium lighting.

Brock said: “The Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline Tower Pack has continued to grow in popularity, it ranks fourth in product sales overall and has seen a huge uplift in sales year-on-year. This is a very exciting time for CSITR and we are looking forward to sharing this new packaging design and much more on our new stand at the TFWA World Exhibition this October.”

The Cadbury Luxury Selection Praline Tower Pack 335g consists of 29 chocolates with a combination of almond and hazelnut smooth praline centres, covered in milk and dark chocolate. Each chocolate is individually wrapped in foil to maintain freshness and is presented in a sleek tower pack.
