EGYPT. Cairo Airports Company has launched tenders for two key commercial development opportunities in the vicinity of Cairo International Airport, Egypt’s largest and busiest gateway.
The first opportunity, in a 39,000sq m space, has been designated for commercial, administrative or services purposes in a location overlooking Al-Nasr Road and Al-Orouba Road.

The second development opportunity is available in a 37,242sq m area close to the ring road which links with the Al-Fariq/Al-Shazil axis. Cairo Airports Company said this space is designated for commercial, administrative, services, retail or specialised exhibition purposes.
The bidding documents for both tenders are available from 15 May, ahead of the bidding deadline on 13 June.
