Campari and Royal Caribbean team up for exclusive summer experiences onboard Oasis of the Seas

The promotions, which featured Aperol and Campari, underscored Campari Group’s commitment to creating engaging experiences at sea

Campari Group Global Travel Retail (GTR) Americas teamed up with Royal Caribbean International for a series of exclusive activations onboard the Oasis of the Seas during its annual President’s Cruise.

Hosted by Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Bayley, the week-long cruise, which set sail on 23 June from Barcelona, Spain, navigated the Western Mediterranean, visiting some of the region’s most sought-after destinations.

Campari Group GTR Americas organised two key events during the voyage: an Aperol Pool Party and an evening dedicated to Campari. These activations were designed to immerse cruise guests in the vibrant world of Campari Group’s brands, enhancing their holiday experience with a blend of entertainment and brand engagement.

Aperol Pool Party: A summer celebration

The pool deck was transformed into a summer pool party using Aperol’s distinctive orange hue. It featured multiple photo opportunities, including photobooths with themed backdrops, so guests could capture their experiences onboard.

Cruise guests were welcomed in their rooms with an Aperol-branded kit, which included an invitation to the poolside event. Pool party attendees enjoyed Aperol Spritzes served by bartenders, while a live DJ set the tone with upbeat music. The event also featured exclusive gifts and branded giveaways.

Campari Evening: A night of elegance

Later in the week, Campari took centre stage with an evening that highlighted the brand’s signature cocktails. The event space was dressed in Campari’s signature red hue, creating a sophisticated backdrop for the evening’s activities. Cruise guests were treated to a selection of Campari cocktails, including one crafted exclusively for the President’s Cruise and the classic Campari Negroni.

The evening featured live entertainment, DJ sets, exclusive giveaways and interactive photo opportunities, providing attendees with a fully immersive experience.
