UK. British fine food brand Cartwright & Butler has partnered with Avolta company World Duty Free to deliver a seasonal activation at London Gatwick Airport North Terminal.
The Christmas-themed high-profile promotion (HPP) is located within World Duty Free’s confectionery zone to maximise visibility during the peak festive travel period. It is running from 10 December until 13 January 2026.
Brand Ambassadors are present on-site throughout the activation, offering guided sampling sessions and product storytelling.
The Gatwick activation builds on the momentum of Cartwright & Butler’s first-ever travel retail HPP at Heathrow Terminal 3 in the summer, also in collaboration with Avolta.

Inspired by the 12 Days of Christmas carol, the 2025 collection is presented in intricately embossed tins and cartons. Hand-drawn illustrations bring festive charm to the range.
Key product highlights offered at the Gatwick HPP include the Butter Fudge Tin (175g), Salted Caramel Biscuits Tin (200g) and Christmas Musical Tin (400g).
The latter is a keepsake format that plays the 12 Days of Christmas melody and features a curated selection of the brand’s best-selling biscuits.
“This has been a milestone year for Cartwright & Butler in global travel retail – and we plan to support further growth of the gifting category in 2026,” noted Cartwright & Butler Commercial Director Charlotte O’Neill. “We’re excited to finish 2025 on a high with this beautiful HPP at Gatwick North, which spotlights our festive range, enhances our brand visibility and meets the growing demand for premium British gifting.”
She added: “Christmas is woven into our heritage, and our 12 Days of Christmas collection captures the charm, craftsmanship and joy that travellers look for at this time of year. Gifting sits at the heart of the global travel retail confectionery experience. We’re delighted to offer these high-quality, indulgent products to customers seeking something special to share or take home this holiday season.” ✈
