SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group is seeking a books & stationery concessionaire for a unit in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, and is asking for interested parties to approach it directly with offers.
The 247sq m outlet lies in the terminal’s Basement Level 2 North. The closing date is 27 September and the contract runs from 9 January 2011 until 31 December 2014. There is no option for renewal at the end of the term.
Changi Airport Group said it would be receptive to other concepts beyond books & stationery if they are suitable and will “differentiate the retail offering” at T3.
