CHINA. China Sales Group (CSG), the Hong Kong-based airline retail concessionaire, has retained its inflight duty free supply and operating contract for China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines.
The renewed contracts of China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines will run for five years effective 2011 and 2013 respectively. Both contracts will be renewable for a further five years upon expiry.
CSG Managing Director Thierry Marquer told the Moodie Report: “I am pleased to announce this message to everyone. It is challenging in this industry and we have to contribute all our effort to satisfy the demands from the passengers.
“Moreover, CSG will offer more service components to our client airlines. It includes supplying inflight POS machine and analytics technology through our I.T. team which has been newly set up.”
