Clinique’s latest formula: Now in most travel retail markets |
Clinique’s new SPF30 and SPF50 Mineral Sunscreen Fluid for Face and SPF30 Mineral Sunscreen Lotion for Body promise lightweight and invisible protection against both UVA and UVB rays and environmental aggressors.
The new lines are available now at Clinique travel retail locations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
The new formula boasts ‘invisible shield technology’ in which a medical grade film is sprayed onto finely milled titanium dioxide. This creates a lightweight, breathable mesh which acts as a shield against both environmental and sun damage. Suitable for sensitive skin, the formula is also non-acnegenic.
It is claimed that the Mineral Sunscreens help to scatter and reflect burning UVB rays and aging UVA rays away from the skin and in so doing help to prevent the kind of skin damage which can lead to fine lines and wrinkles.
Described as non-greasy and non-oily, the Fluid for Face can be worn alone or under make-up while the Lotion for Body is easy to apply and won’t dry out skin. Both products, it is claimed, will not leave the white residue often associated with high SPF protective sunscreens.
