“Customer-centric approach”: Retail inMotion becomes onboard retail consultant for Aer Lingus

IRELAND. Aer Lingus has selected LSG Group subsidiary Retail inMotion as its onboard retail partner.

As part of a retail consultancy agreement, Retail inMotion will act in an advisory role to the airline for onboard retail services.

Aer Lingus is the national airline of Ireland and operates 63 aircraft on routes to destinations in the UK, Europe and North America. It carries more than 12 million passengers per annum.

The scope of this partnership will initially include consultation on onboard retail and duty free range selection and management, crew training, menu card and catalogue design, and optimisation of the airline’s existing onboard retail programme.
