SAUDI ARABIA. DAA International, a division of Irish airports group DAA, has named Francois Southarewsky (pictured) as Chief Commercial Officer at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah.
DAA has a management contract at KAIA whose scope includes operations, commercial and facilities management.
Southarewsky’s career includes more than five years’ experience in senior roles at Vinci Airports, with previous posts at Air France and Etihad Airways.
A DAA International statement said: “Francois brings extensive experience in driving commercial strategy, business development, and operational excellence. In his new role, he will lead our commercial initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of DAA International.
“We are excited to have Francois on board and look forward to the impact of his expertise and leadership across our commercial operations.”
