Denver Airport launches television programming and advertising RFP

USA. Denver International Airport has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for gatehold television programming and advertising services in Concourses A, B and C Gatehold Areas. The contract term is five years.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday 8 February at 9am (MST) in the City Conference Room at the Jeppeson Terminal Building, followed by a site visit.

The deadline for final submissions is Wednesday 8 May at 2pm (MST).

The proposed business partner must have the ability to obtain licenses with multiple Television Networks to provide content variety, including current news, sports, weather, local and national entertainment programs. The RFP states that airport customised messaging may be requested and must be accommodated.

Advertising services may be sold to local, national and international advertisers to generate revenue. This opportunity includes Concourses A, B, and C Gatehold Areas, DIA Existing TV Programming System and optional roof antenna space is available on all concourses.
