Depart from the Everyday brings summer beach party to Manchester airports

Avolta has transformed its World Duty Free stores at Manchester Airports into a summer festival for the 12-week Depart from the Everyday takeover

UK. Avolta has partnered with Manchester Airports Group (MAG) to launch the dynamic Depart from the Everyday summer campaign at Manchester Airport.

Launched to coincide with the peak summer travel period, Depart from the Everyday has transformed the World Duty Free walkthrough store with a series of vibrant pop-ups inspired by a summer beach party.

As reported, The Moodie Davitt Report was on location for the launch of the campaign at London Stansted Airport on 13 July.

At Manchester Airport, travellers can enjoy big discounts on summer travel essentials from beauty to spirits, confectionery and fashion during the activation’s 12-week run.

Impactful archways, oversized props and bold graphics throughout the store serve as the striking backdrop for the summer campaign, which aims to bring an Ibiza beach club atmosphere to life.

An airport baggage claim-themed in-store bar area serves free samples of spirits while offering added gamification with the ‘Make Your Luggage Full of Liquors’ digital game.

Several World Duty Free brands, across various categories, are participating in the promotion with immersive experiences that cater to all five senses. It is being supported by a vibrant OOH media campaign throughout both airports.
