URUGUAY. Diego Arrosa (pictured) is leaving his role of Country General Manager of Dufry Uruguay to return to Corporación America.
Corporación America is the former owner of Duty Free Uruguay, which Dufry acquired along with the group’s duty free businesses in Argentina, Ecuador, Martinique and Armenia on 4 August this year.
Arrosa was Duty Free Uruguay’s General Manager, and had been confirmed in the Uruguayan leadership role by Dufry on 21 September.
His new role will be in an area unrelated to travel retail.
