SINGAPORE. Dufry has officially opened its Bijoux Terner shop at Singapore Changi Airport.
The 50sq m Bijoux Terner Luxury shop in Changi terminal two offers an assortment of watches, jewellery, pashminas, sunglasses, bags and related items. All items are priced at S$20 (currently US$12.20).
The store is close to Dufry’s flagship chocolate shop and trades 24 hours a day.
As previously reported, the Bijoux Terner outlet is one of several concessions awarded to Dufry by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore earlier this year.
The Swiss retailer also won two confectionery concessions and a photographic equipment contract.
Dufry Deputy Chief Operating Officer of region Eurasia & Asia Jan Baljet commented: “We are very pleased to open our shop with this unique shopping concept and would like to thank CAAS for their continuous support. I think we can be very proud to again increase our presence at one of the world’s highest-ranked airports and we are sure that this concession is also going to be extremely successful.”
Dufry now operates nine stores at Changi airport – four chocolate shops under the brand name “˜Sweet Treats’ as well as two electronic stores, one computer shop and one store specialising in photographic equipment.
