Duty Free Dynamics (DFD) has been appointed as the exclusive distribution partner for German toy company Playmobil in global travel retail.
Under this agreement, DFD is charged with expanding Playmobil’s presence in the channel.
Offering a variety of figures and themed playsets, Playmobil has become a popular brand among families and children worldwide.
Its popular mix-and-match sets promote role play, helping children enhance their creativity and develop verbal, social and cognitive skills, the partners noted.
DFD CEO Martin Mairal said: “Playmobil is a leading brand with a 50-year legacy and a 95% brand-recognition rate, making it a perfect addition to our toy product lineup.

Playmobil is also preparing to showcase its latest product innovations and comprehensive end-to-end solutions at a dedicated exhibition space at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes. ✈
