EssilorLuxottica and Ferrari extend partnership

EssilorLuxottica is set to launch a monobrand eyewear collection with Scuderia Ferrari’s Prancing Horse trademark

EssilorLuxottica has renewed and expanded its licensing partnership with Ferrari. Under the new multi-year agreement, effective from 1 January 2023, EssilorLuxottica will continue to design, produce and market Scuderia Ferrari and Ray-Ban branded eyewear.

The partnership will also include the first collection of monobrand eyewear featuring the Prancing Horse trademark.

EssilorLuxottica’s sponsorship is also widening under the new agreement. The Ray-Ban logo, in addition to remaining on the Formula 1 single-seaters, will appear for the first time on the cars and apparel of the official drivers in Ferrari Competizioni GT.

As reported, EssilorLuxottica teamed up recently with Dufry to launch a series of high-profile Ray-Ban for Scuderia Ferrari promotions to celebrate the luxury car brand’s 75th anniversary. The animations ran at Milano Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airports in Italy.
