CHINA. Estée Lauder and China Duty Free Group are celebrating the new Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex with a dynamic and sustainable pop-up at the Sanya International Duty Free Complex in Hainan, China. It will run throughout December.
The new Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex has been enhanced with leading-edge Chronolux Power Signal Technology, which boosts the skin’s cell renewal and collagen production processes. It is the latest addition to Estée Lauder’s hero Advanced Night Repair range.
The spectacular pop-up was officially launched with a star-studded opening ceremony. It was attended by Estée Lauder Global Spokesperson Yang Mi, Estée Lauder Asia Pacific Skincare and Makeup Spokesperson Li Xian and Estée Lauder Asia Pacific Skincare and Fragrance Ambassador Lareina Song.
The ambassadors welcomed VIP guests, press and travel retail executives to the opening of the brand’s exclusive pop-up experience at the CDF Mall.
The immersive pop-up invites travelling shoppers to discover the world of Advanced Night Repair.
The experience begins with ‘ANRcade,’ which gives shoppers the opportunity to win prizes through a series of interactive games.
The ANRcade also offers plenty of photo opportunities so visitors can take photos and share them on social media.
Guests can also experience Estée Lauder’s new iMatch Skincare Finder tool at the pop-up. It provides quantitative skincare analysis and also offers personalised product recommendations and skincare visualisation.
To celebrate the pop-up, Estée Lauder also unveiled two new CDF-exclusive sets: the Limited Edition Advanced Night Repair 100ml Gold Duo Set and the Your Nighttime Skincare Essentials Set. The two sets are now exclusively available at key CDFG stores in Hainan, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou.
In accordance with The Estée Lauder Companies’ sustainability commitments, the pop-up was primarily made with FSC-certified wood and recycled acrylic. It also features circular economy tester units which could be used in future campaigns.
“We are honoured to continue Advanced Night Repair’s legacy of firsts by partnering with CDFG to bring an Estée Lauder experience like no other to Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex,” commented Estée Lauder Travel Retail Worldwide Senior Vice President Jean Yves Minet.
“Our consumers have loved this iconic product for generations, and we could not think of a better way of celebrating this moment with our fans than by bringing three Chinese icons and Estée Lauder Brand Spokespeople together here in Hainan. A special thank you to Yang Mi, Li Xian and Lareina Song for shining your star power on this celebration and to CDFG for continually supporting us as a brand and as partners.”
China Duty Free Group Vice President of Central Merchandising Division Terry Chua added, “We at CDFG thank our esteemed partner, Estée Lauder, for continuing to choose Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex as its premiere destination for such incredible brand experiences.
“From interactive pop-ups to A-list celebrity appearances, Estée Lauder continues to innovate new and memorable experiences for the Chinese traveller. We look forward to many more exciting activations to come.”
