UK. Estée Lauder has updated its key firming franchise Resilience Lift, creating a new collection called Resilience Lift Extreme. Described as a major skincare launch for the company, the products began rolling out to travel retail in February.
The range includes two 50ml Ultra Firming Cremes (one for normal/combination skin; one for dry skin), a 50ml and 100ml Ultra Firming Lotion with SPF15, a 50ml OverNight Ultra Firming Crème and a 15ml Ultra Firming Eye Crème.
The collection is aimed primarily at “mid-life” skin, and combats visible, diminishing skin suppleness and sagging, according to Lauder.
A key ingredient is the patented ExtremeLift3 Complex, a component of which is Triterpenes, extracted from the bark of the Tepescohuite Tree, native to Mexico.
The Resilience Lift Extreme formula also includes a powerful Vitamin C upgrade called K3 Vitamin C, and sweet almond extract, to help deliver an instant firming sensation.

“Thanks to new findings from our lab on how the skin is impacted during mid-life and particularly menopause, we have been able to develop new technologies that provide skin with faster and better lifting and firming benefits than ever before.”
In other news, within make-up Lauder has introduced two new travel retail exclusive sets. The Pure Color Gloss Collection (above) is a quintet of mini lip glosses, presented in a clear plastic pouch.
The colours offered are Berry Fizz, Ginger Fizz, Quartz, Rhubarb and Icy Pink.
New for spring is the limited-edition Pink Passion Makeup Palette. The set includes an eye shadow quad, an all-over highlighting powder, two Pure Color Crystal lipsticks, a coral “˜base’ powder, a blush brush and double-ended eye and lip applicators, all presented in a slim, metallic pink case.
