Excess Baggage Company CEO David Elliott said; “We have been providing these services across rail stations and airports throughout the UK for many years, and we are very excited to now be bringing Excess Baggage Company to one of Spain’s most important airports.
“We believe that our services will help Madrid Barajas retain its position as an airport capital of the twenty-first century. In addition, replacing a locker-based system with over-the-counter left luggage services is expected to generate between three to four times more revenue. We very much hope that these will be the first of many outlets to open in Spanish airports.”
