FASHION: AT Cross launches accessories line

US. AT Cross has launched a line of personal accessories, designed to complement its core business of quality writing instruments. The range includes business accessories including PDA cases, pen and accessory case, business card case, pad portfolios, day planner and stationery gift set. Additional items in the line include a key ring, letter opener and money clip. Each item is polished chrome or aluminum with glossy black accents, a signature that speaks to the modern consumer. All of the products have the Cross logo and allow for the placement of a corporate logo, making them ideal business gifts.

According to Sondra Wellmerling, Senior Vice President, corporate marketing and new product development, the accessories line is a natural extension of the company’s commitment to products that are both individualistic and practical. “We have distinguished our line of pen products by focusing on exciting and innovative design. The bonus has been industry-wide recognition for our award-winning ion, the Morph2 Rollerball and the Cross Matrix. We have continued in this direction in the development of our new accessories line,” said Wellmerling.

“The compelling design and unique combination of materials is a wake-up call to what is generally perceived as a ‘me-too’ category,” added Wellmerling. All accessories products are themed in silver, satin-finished aluminum and black and covered in a dense, durable black microfiber.

The PDA cases in the line (pictured) include one that accommodates multi-brands and sizes and one for the Palm V and Palm 505 series exclusively. The case pops open with a push of a button.
