Fashion & fashion accessories and luxury café tenders launched in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong today invited bids for a fashion/fashion accessories concession and a luxury café contract at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1.

The fashion and fashion accessories contract covers two airside stores on Level 6 in Departures West Hall of 420sq ft and 183sq ft, respectively.

The airport company described the tender as an “extraordinary business opportunity in a premier location”.

Interested parties are required to submit their proposals by 10 February at 4pm Hong Kong time.

The luxury café concession is for an airside 1,507sq ft outlet on Level 6, Departures East Hall. Bids also close on 10 February at 4pm local time.

The tender documents in each case are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.

Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$643) to access the documents.
