Fauchon Travel Retail returns to the TFWA Asia Pacific for the sixth consecutive year with the new Fauchon Attraction collection for summer (Stand number: C29).
Underpinned by a strong theme and new gift ideas, the collection includes a limited edition of macarons, chocolates, teas and confectionery products made with new recipes and in new packaging.
Fauchon is adding to the eight flavours in its classic macarons collection with the launch of a new summer recipe – a double shell combining red fruit and pistachio with a Morello cherry centre. It comes in a newly designed gift box.
A new box and five new praline-based chocolates have been created to enhance the Made in F – Made in Fauchon, Made in France – range. The five variants include Praline, a dark chocolate and almond praline topped with a pink almond; Chouchou, a milk chocolate, almond and peanut praline topped with a caramelised peanut; Nougat, white chocolate and white ganache sprinkled with pistachio and almond slivers; Caramel, a double-layered chocolate hazelnut praline with runny caramel; and lastly, a double-layered chocolate, white ganache and hazelnut praline.

The “˜Taste of Paris’ range has been boosted with the addition of a new tea: Un Jardin à Paris (“˜A Garden in Paris’). Described as a reminder of “a stroll around a Parisian garden in full bloom”, the fruity and gourmet green tea is infused with notes of orchard fruits, honey and flowers.
In the confectionery category, Fauchon is introducing the Confiture Pomme d’Amour (“˜Toffee Apple Preserve’) made from slowly stewed pieces of French Reinette apple – the result is a candy coloured jam with tangy notes.
The rainbow Mini Calissons box contains six different flavours made with selected fruits, recreating the full flavour of almonds, raspberries, oranges, figs, lemons and prunes.
The Fauchon Attraction Collection will be available throughout the summer in all Fauchon sales outlets.
